The cards in starter decks aren’t unique and can be found in the main set, so you don’t need to buy these to collect every card from the set.
The single-player deck includes:
1 pre-constructed deck of 60 cards, including 2 foil cards of the characters on the package front
11 damage tokens and 1 lore tracker token
1 quick start rulebook
1 mini paper play mat
1 booster pack containing 12 randomized cards
