Into the Inklands has two starter decks. These are pre-constructed decks of 60 cards that are ready to play. You get a playmat, quickstart rules, damage, and lore tracker tokens, plus a booster pack.
Cards in starter decks aren’t unique and can be found in the main set, so you don’t need to buy starter decks to collect every card in the game.
It comes with foil versions of Moana – Born Leader and Scrooge McDuck – Richest Duck in the World. The back of the box incorrectly shows an image of Moana – Undeterred Voyager (another Moana on a raft) from the same set – though she isn’t included.
 
The starter deck comes with:
